The Microelectronics Support Centre at STFC/RAL is pleased to announce a Free Coventor Hands-on Training Event at the Coventor European Headquarters in Paris on June 15-17. The training is open to staff and research students at all EUROPRACTICE member institutions, be they existing Coventor tools users or those who may be considering using Coventor in the future.
This 3 day Training Event will comprise of lectures by Coventor Engineers plus hands-on practical sessions
- Day 1 covers MEMS applications and challenges plus the design and simulation of MEMS devices using CoventorWare
- Day 2 is devoted to the advanced tools and features of MEMS+, the new Coventor product for MEMS and IC design
- Day 3 covers CoventorWare 2010 updates, Foundry Design Kits, SEMulator3D and Advanced Design topics

In addition to the chance to learn more about their tools and MPW processes, Coventor will provide a Free 6 month license of MEMS+ and/or MEMulator/SEMulator3D to attendees

Although attendance at this Training Event is free of charge, attendees must arrange and finance their own travel and accommodation, and meals outside those offered by Coventor as part of the training.
